Important Information
If you are a new patient who has not yet had your first visit, you are not eligible to use this service. You will gain access after your first visit with your new physician.
Routine Care Only
- This online booking service is for routine care appointments only.
- Each appointment is 15 minutes and is intended to address one major reason and, if needed, one minor reason.
- If you have multiple concerns, please submit a separate appointment request for each so the doctor can provide thorough and comprehensive care.
- Do not call the clinic for routine matters, as it takes time away from patients who need urgent care.
If you need to be seen within the next 7 days, please call the clinic directly at 613-258-0100 ext. 1.
Appointment Availability
Please do not call the clinic to request an earlier appointment unless your symptoms have changed.
If your scheduled appointment does not work for you, please cancel by either:
- Calling our cancellation line (press option 2) and leaving your appointment details, or
- Using the 2-day reminder email you receive and canceling at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Phone Appointments
When scheduling a phone appointment, please ensure your health card and phone number are up to date.
- You will receive instructions to be available up to one hour before and one hour after your scheduled time.
- Our doctors will call from a private or unknown number — please disable call blocking or private number settings during this time.
- Make sure you are in an area with good cell service to ensure clear communication.
- You must be in Ontario for the scheduled phone appointment.
- If the doctor is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the appointment will be considered missed, and a $55 fee will apply.
Virtual Video Appointments
When scheduling a virtual appointment, please ensure your email on file is up-to-date and consent is provided as this is required for the appointment. If you aren't sure what information we have on file, please contact the clinic to update us.
- You will receive an email with the instructions and link for the virtual video call.
- Please test the link before the appointment, if you have issues, try opening it with a different browser. If you cannot get it please cancel the appointment within the appropriate timeline or no less then 24 hours before the appointment.
- We ask that you arrive into the waiting room 10-15 minutes before the appointment time and wait for the doctor to enter the virtual room.
