If you are a new patient who has not yet had your first visit, you are not eligible to use this service. You will gain access after your first visit with your new physician. Any requests from patients who have not yet had their first visit will be declined.
This online booking service is available for routine care appointments only.
Please submit your requests online — do not call the clinic for the same requests.
Calling the clinic for routine matters takes time away from patients who require urgent medical attention.

Please do not call the clinic to request an earlier appointment unless your symptoms have changed.
We always schedule the first available or most appropriate appointment with your physician.
Calling to request an earlier time will not result in an earlier booking.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment due to a conflict, please note the following:
When you receive a confirmation email for a booked appointment (based on your online request), you will have the option to decline it. At that time, please add a note indicating the dates and times that work best for you.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, depending on your doctor’s schedule. If we are unable to make suitable arrangements through email within a reasonable time, a team member will contact you to assist with rebooking.
When scheduling a phone appointment, please ensure your health card and phone number are up to date.
Concerns regarding mental health medications require a mental health appointment.
This includes requests for mental health medication refills.
Please book a Mental Health appointment for all renewal or related concerns.
All missed appointments without notice may result in a fee of $50 for a general appointment.
For appointments 30 minutes or longer and specialty appointments, a fee of $100 will apply.
If you call to cancel on the same day as your appointment, half of the applicable fee will be charged.
To cancel, please use our dedicated cancellation line by calling 613-258-0100 and pressing 2 to be directly transferred to the voicemail.
Leave a detailed message including your full name, date of birth, contact information, and the reason for cancellation.
Please note: the cancellation voicemail is for appointment cancellations only.
If your message is unrelated to a cancellation, you will not receive a callback and will need to contact the clinic directly to speak with reception.
